  • I couldn’t agree more.

    If I spend a day sitting, with very little movement, I feel sluggish, my legs and back feel sore and I just feel groggy all round. Do it for 2 days and I not only feel those physical effects even more, but I start to feel mentally off too.

    Making that effort to move, even when you really don’t feel like it – or if you’re super busy – is always worth it, IMO.

    Look forward to seeing more of where your exercise experiments take you!

    • Thank you for your comment, Nathan! It was my much-needed push this morning when I definitely didn’t feel like getting up for my run 🙂 Sometimes all you need is a little nudge to be making the effort to feel better.
