1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 cup grinded walnuts (or any other nut of preference)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon
sprinkle of salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup pure honey
2 tablespoons of melted butter or coconut oil
2 cups of grinded apple (about 2 – 4 medium apples)
Melt the butter/coconut oil.
Mix the butter /coconut oil with the honey.
Add the eggs and beat well.
Add the baking powder, salt, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Incorporate the flour into the mixture and mix well.
Add the grinded walnuts and apples. Mix thoroughly.
