Want to Finally Get a Great-Looking Body?
Tired of covering up on holidays and just want to be happy with your appearance?
When I first heard of the Yoga Burn program, I was as intrigued as I was skeptical.
The ad I came across claimed you can transform your body; head to toe, in a matter of a mere 3 – 4 months.
Who doesn’t want to do an online exercise program for only 25-30 minutes a day and look better in a couple of months?
I watched the promotional video until the end and I was hooked. The program looked quite effortless for a yoga beginner like myself and I liked that it focuses on the fitness side and not so much on the spiritual side of yoga.
After all, who wouldn’t want to try to look and feel better for such a short amount of time and for such a bargain price? Plus, I could get my money back for the first two months if I was unsatisfied in any way.
And so, I decided to give it a go. I ordered the Yoga Burn Challenge and was given the digital link to start right away until waiting for my DVDs to arrive.
Now, if you ordered Yoga Burn and think you never got the digital access link, there are 2 things you can do:
- Check your spam email for the Clickbank confirmation of your order with the link to the digital access included there
- Email Yoga Burn on Facebook Messenger and they’ll send it over to you.
The program comes in the form of 3 workouts per DVD/month and a total of 4 DVDs. You repeat the first week workout in this suggested order:
DVD 1 – Week 1 – Workout 1:
- Monday – 15 mins
- Wednesday – 2×15 mins making a total of 30 mins
- Friday – 3 x 15 mins making a total of 45 mins
Zoe recommends doing some sort of physical activity the rest of the days of the week like walking, etc. And a day off per week so your body can rest and recover.
Now, if you’re serious about really transforming your body, you’d do better with doing two of Zoe’s programs in a week.
That way, you will be working out towards your dream body goal more intensely.
I’ve discovered it comes as a great package with other Yoga Burn programs like the Yoga Booty.
The Yoga Booty, as the name suggests, works out your bottom for a modest 15 minutes a day. It has been by far the best booty-shaping workout I’ve ever attempted.
Either way, you WILL SEE RESULTS even if you only do 15 mins a day 3-4 times a week.
Here is why I love Zoe and her programs:
You WILL always see results, regardless of how bad your diet is.
Believe me. Now if you want to see better results faster, then change your diet into a healthier one.
The workouts can be done at any time of day and night
How convenient is that for us busy working people, parents, grandparents, etc.? The time you do a workout has no effect on the results you get. No excuses now!
There is no age limit
Aha, did you just try to give me this excuse? You’re never too old and it’s never too late.
The Yoga Burn Tribe
When you place your order and you’re given the digital link to get started right away, you’re also sent an invite to Zoe’s Facebook group – the Yoga Burn Tribe. It is by far the most encouraging, positive, amazing online group I’ve ever come across. You may even find an accountability buddy who will literally motivate you to get on your mat and get it done. And most of the time, it’s like a personal therapy…minus the therapist and the high bill.
TIPS ON GETTING STARTED:
There are some tips I would like to give to anyone considering starting on Yoga Burn I wish someone told me about before I started:
- Invest in a really good mat
This is of utter importance. You need a solid mat to be able to do the exercises and to avoid any neck or other body injuries. I used a blanket in the beginning and paid the price. - Watch each DVD and all the workouts before you start exercising.
It’s recommended that you first watch the workouts and then start doing them as it would give you a nice perception of the moves in advance. I didn’t do that and had to stop, pause, rewind quite a few times to get the first moves right. Spare a few more minutes of your day and watch them beforehand. - Be patient.
I was so anxious in the beginning to do more of what I thought constituted a good workout, I would put two workouts one after another. And then check in the mirror for results immediately or only after two weeks. Be patient. Good things take time. Imagine each day you manage to complete a workout, is one day closer to your goal. - The broad shoulders.
The exercises are structured with an end goal of building an hourglass figure for all. Keep that in mind and don’t panic when you see your shoulders have expanded a little. That’s because they’re going to get leaner and at the perfect muscle tone you’ve always been dreaming of. - Don’t use the scales
Don’t use scales in the beginning. The scale might tip higher before it goes lower. That’s how any weight loss happens with exercise. So, steer clear. Take inches’ measurements for a better indication of your results. Or use your clothes as measurement of how far you’ve got. - Take photos
You will track all your changes faster by looking at your photos from all angles each week. - You can never do exactly like Zoe in the very beginning. And that’s OK.
Stiff was my middle name when I was doing that very first DVD. I could never cross my legs as low to the mat as Zoe did. I’m still not a 100% as flexible as I would like. But I know I’m trying which is what matters. And don’t compare yourself with Zoe. That lady has got no bones. Serious talk. - Expect to glow.
I’m not sure if it’s because of Zoe’s soothing voice or the tranquility of each workout. It’s by far the best de-stressing workout I’ve ever done. The glow you get after you say you fair shares of ‘Namaste’s is a given. Own it. - Expect your kids/pets to follow your own exercise routine
There’s something about rolling that mat down that somehow invites most household members to it. If you want absolute peace when doing your workout, pick your workout times carefully. Otherwise, it makes for a good laugh. In my case, I discovered my kid and dogare better at yoga than I ever hope to be.
The cons:
I loved this program from the very beginning. However, I’m only human and we humans like to complain a bit, don’t we?
- The ordering process
It is a very painful one. You need to read the small print on the web page and decline any offers you do not want at the moment. - You need to show up and work hard.
Period.
There are no shortcuts to great bodies.
This one just takes less time than the average gym membership. - Watch your eating
If you want super-fast results, then you need to look into your diet first, too. Aim for better, healthier meal options; stay away from the sweet temptations and the booze; and you’ll be good to go. - Finding my zen
I’m also struggling with the relaxing part of most workouts where Zoe lies down on the mat for a certain number of minutes. I’m certainly not in that same relaxation mode as the program teaches you to feel. But one day at the time. Hopefully I get there soon.
Conclusion
Don’t get the Yoga Burn if you are happy living a life in a miserable body.
